Bolivia is not one of the world’s top producers of cocoa beans—it’s not even in the top 10—but it is one of the most interesting. Bolivia, not coincidentally, is listed by OxFam as at an extremely high risk of disastrous climate change effects due to its existing equatorial climate, poverty, and biodiversity.
