Noteworthy Chocolates was created by two people – Jennifer and Michael “Doc” Sauvageau – who asked a crazy question: ***What if we could laser engrave personalized messages in chocolate?***

After an intensive R&D period, Jennifer and Michael developed a way to cost-effectively laser engrave i*ndividualized,* *personalized* messages in chocolate – with a minimum order quantity of one.

Our ideal buyer sees opportunities to build and grow the Noteworthy brand (a turnkey operation that can be managed remotely with the production staff in place – or be relocated) and/or add Noteworthy’s proprietary laser-engraving technology into their existing product mix to create new revenue stream.

Noteworthy's products have a net profit margin of 60-85% *after* COGS & labor. In 2024, 80% of Noteworthy's business came from B2B customers with an average sale of $450 with a 75% reorder rate.

***Our ideal buyer:***

- Has strong business development, sales, and marketing experience.
- May already be in the food gifting industry.
- Wants to expand its online service offerings.
- Sees value in investing in website development.
- May have a retail distribution network such as brick-and-mortar and/or franchise locations.
- Engages in direct marketing.
