Can you spot the errors in this article? Here’s a freebie for you: “Cocoa powder is dried chocolate liquor ground into powder.” The error is that chocolate does not dry out (there is no water in chocolate). When chocolate cools down the fat crystallizes and hardens. Just goes to show you have to fact-check sources. In this case, food\[.\]com got it wrong.

Interesting. I did not know that chocolate liquor played such a large role in the creation of chocolate.
