I am a researcher, working to identify better quality assessment protocols for specialty chocolate, in order to support quality as a whole throughout the industry. We are looking for participants to fill out a short survey about cacao quality assessment. My program is in Sustainable Agricultural Development, and the goal of this research is to support long term, sustainable income for chocolate farmers and craft chocolate makers around the world.
