Cocoa bean guillotine

There are some cocoa bean guillotines made from durable plastics for the hazelnut industry by Turkish companies. They are slightly less expensive but not all that much expensive because they share a common manufacturing technique (CNC milling) and they are made in small quantities.

I rarely – as in almost never – come across used Magra guillotines.
