Dipping pretzels and cookies. Having temper issues with dark and milk.
. No problem with anything else, just pretzels and Oreos. Any thoughts or suggestions?

The photo is not very clear about what the tempering issue is. Streaking? Blooming? Does this happen right away or after some time? What other things are being dipped that are not affected?
