FBM Aura Tabletop Tempering Machine For Sale $4500 OBO

This unit will continuously temper up to 10# of chocolate for hours. It includes a dosing nozzle that will fill up to 9 repetitions/cavities with varying amounts depending on your molds. It is easily programmable to achieve your desired specifications. The unit also includes a reversible auger/pump to remove any excess chocolate from the dosing head or to empty the machine altogether. Vibrating table, night mode, 1 phase, 220v, 60hz.
