Finalists in the Americas Round of the 2017 International Chocolate Awards were announced last week, with certificates presented to winners at a party hosted by Awards co-founder Maricel Presilla at her award-winning Hoboken restaurant, Cucharama, on June 26th.

I think it’s time to print my shopping list. I’ve always liked Pacari, but they’ve really gotten soem serious attention. Glad to see Dandelion there, too. I’m a San Francisco native and I’ve been to the store many times. Their bars are all very nuanced and intense.
