FOR SALE – 2015 SELMI ONE Color Model

Bought in 2015 from Tomric as a single phase machine. In perfect working order. Used for several runs. Always well maintained. Will be fully cleaned/flushed before transfer.

Description  
Quickly melt and temper chocolate in a very compact size. Vibrating plate heated by a low voltage source. The machine is easy to clean. Volumetric dispenser and pedal to control the flow of chocolate. Close circuit cooling system featuring countercurrent heat exchanger.
