From Serendipity in NYC, known for its frozen hot chocolate, comes the World’s Most Expensive Milkshake – $100 – which does NOT list chocolate as an ingredient. Donkey milk caramel (!?), which does contain cocoa powder however, is an ingredient.

Ingredient list: Jersey Cream, Tahitian Vanilla Ice Cream, Devonshire Luxury Clotted Cream, Madagascar Vanilla Beans, 23K Edible Gold, Jersey Whipped Cream, Le Cremose Baldizzone (Donkey Milk Caramel Sauce), Luxardo Gourmet Maraschino Cherries.
