One thing you will have to consider is the fat content of the oat “milk” powder. If it’s You may need to need to add cocoa butter in order to make it fluid enough to work with.

There is such a thing as powdered almond milk but I don’t know of a cheap source of bulk product.

@[Luminous Culture] is right – most mylk chocolates are made with powdered coconut milk.

I have used powdered coconut milk and had good results. Haven’t heard of powdered oat milk before. Sounds sweet and yummy tho!
