Hello- does anyone know a manufacturer or bakery, big or small, that can custom make chocolate chips? I have some healthy, functional ingredients I want to make in chocolate chips but my process is too labor intensive and involves using a silicone chocolate chip mold, etc. We are also too small for the big fish companies (who need orders of 20,000 pounds for a custom chip!!). Happy to take any suggestions or references. THANKS SO MUCH!
