I never would have thought that Utah would be a haven for artisan chocolatiers. It’s funny how physics inspired Art to go into chocolate making.

A thoughtful overview of the Utah maker scene with shout-outs to many friends doing good work. If you live in or ever visit Utah, this is a strong list to base your trip around. Add Caputo’s Deli into the mix, it offers a large collection of bars from all over the world.
