In this episode, I will be interviewing Sally McFadyen co-founder of Argencove Chocolate, located in Granada, Nicaragua (where I have visited). I ran into Peter at the Southwest Chocolate and Coffee Fest – the first time I *think* we have met in person. I was using two of the Argencove bars in my tasting classes and was impressed with what I tasted and what I learned about their story – they not only make chocolate from beans they own the farm (the *Finca Rio Grande*) and grow the beans they use.
