However, I do have a photo I took of him for my Faces of Chocolate series back in 2017\. In this episode, Warren and I covered some of the history of the Fu Wan, starting with Warren’s background before he started the company, his inspirations, and more. We also tasted (I tasted) four chocolates: 1. 70% Taiwan #9 Ping Tung Double Ferment Rough Ground 2. 70% Beer Yeast #1 “Armstrong” Ale- Style Rough Ground 3.
