My old refrigerated case is on its last legs and so I am looking to replace it. I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations on manufacturer or model? A quick search on the interwebs has brought up Federal Industries, which looks very similar to what I have now, but is incredibly expensive and I was also looking at Coldcore which looks similar, but is half the price?
Any recommendations or experience with either of the above or any other company would be great. I am located in South West Florida (USA).

@banyantreechocs – Alternative Air — aafixtures.com — in New Jersey builds custom to order and has a bunch of styles to choose from. Humidity control is also available. If you reach out to them, ask for Michael Banks and please tell him you heard about them from TheChocolateLife!
