Santha melangeurs- specifically, the Santha Model Spectra 100 Melangeur. How is it for making coconut butter from dried, shredded coconut flakes?

No I don’t want to filter out the fiber. I just want to grind the coconut flakes into coconut butter. It is like peanuts into peanut butter.
Thank you.

You should be able to express the fat out of the coconut over time – how long probably depends on how dry the coconut is. However, you probably need to find a way to filter out the fiber and I can’t help you there.

This is something you should be able to test in a much smaller machine.
