Selling a Hilliard’s 600 lbs chocolate tempering machine. This machine is rated to temper up to 600 lbs of chocolate a day. Asking $4250.00, less then half of new. Machine works perfectly, though does show some cosmetic wear and tear. Selling it because I’ve outgrown it. Machine is located in Oakland, CA
