Some people say that chocolate cake is the perfect way start to any day …

Double-chocolate pancakes with chocolate/ginger/maple syrup topped with chocolate whipped cream and chocolate morsels might be on my list. 

 \> Or maybe a french toast “club sandwich” … with one layer of chocolate-hazelnut spread and the other layer stuffed with caramelized bananas drizzled with a bourbon-spiked crème anglaise? \*A tough choice\*.

But then again, what about Eggs Benedict with white chocolate hollandaise? (Don’t laugh … I’ve made white chocolate hollandaise and it’s da bomb.)
