I first encountered Embers as a judge in Season Two of the Craft Chocolat Challenge, and in Season Three (2024) Tandy became the first “Master” having been awarded in three different seasons of the challenge. 2024 – Top Overall - Gold 74% Dark *Wild Harvest Bolivia* 2024 – Best Dark - Gold 74% Dark *Wild Harvest Bolivia* 2023 – Best White – Silver *Dreaming of Thailand* 2022 – Best Inclusion – Bronze *Dream Bar* Although Embers is based in the Phoenix area and I live only a 90-minute drive north-ish, we met in person for the first time at the Midwest Craft Chocolat Challenge in Rushville, Indiana in November 2024.
