The follow on idea is to explore if (and if so, how) these influences have had a positive and negative effect on the modern craft chocolate movement. ‼️ For the purposes of this episode, I am using the following **etymology for orthodox**: “from Late Latin *orthodoxus*, from Greek *orthodoxos* ‘having the right opinion,’ from orthos ‘right, true, straight’ (see ortho-) + doxa ‘opinion, praise’”.
