Thank you Captain Chocolate, in my case I will only be delivering locally and hopefully reuse the packaging as the delivery man will be returning my boxes after delivery. So you dont use gel packs, the metalised bubble wrap does the job?

Colin – thanks for sharing this info! I can personally attest it does get hot in Australia in the summer (even though it’s weird to me that it happens when it’s winter where I am).
