I was the Technical Editor for International Confectionery Magazine from the June/July issue in 2021 through the November/December issue of 2024, contributing 35 articles over this period. The relationship ended amicably when editorial and business changes meant my services were no longer required.
The Chocolate NewsWire enables me to continue to explore and expand on the kinds of content I produced for International Confectionery, on my terms and schedule, not according to a set editorial calendar and word count.

The Chocolate NewsWire delivers chocolate, cocoa, and confectionery industry news that’s fit to eat in a bite-size newsletter filled with analysis and insight from the former Technical Editor of International Confectionery magazine.
Each issue will include one deep-dive article on a topic of interest featuring a mix of news and analysis. Each issue will also feature shorter stories that fit into topical categories that include People, Markets, Health, Innovation, Science, Acquisitions, Industry News, Events, and more. These stories will be covered in 300 words or less.
