When I was at the Salon du Chocolat in NYC in March, I met up with colleagues and friends (old and new). Among them was Tania Molina of award-winning VillaKuyaya (Ecuador) whom I met in person for the first time (that I remember) at the 2015 edition of The Big Chocolate Show.
