“Must Read” Reading List & Sources | #PSC 229
OVERVIEW: Online reading lists mostly consist of physical books. In Episode 229 of #PodSaveChocolate I’ll take a look at some of my hard-to-find and must-read recommendations and reveal where to go look for (and download) hard-to-find and peer-reviewed resources - FOR FREE.

Episode 229
I have published dedicated Reading List posts in the past (search for “Reading List” to find them), as well making book recommendations in dozens of other posts. Most of those recommendations were physical books, and most of those come wrapped up in Amazon Affiliate Links.
Not in this post. Not in this episode.
I am going to do something different in this post, which is to recommend some of my “must read” books, articles, and research papers that are difficult to find in physical form.
- What are those must reads?
- Why do I think they are must reads?
- And, where you can go to download FREE copies for yourself.
Resources
The must reads – and where I found them – will be shown during the episode and added to this page after the live stream ends.
Upon reflection, I will recommend at least two physical books that provided interesting and much-needed context to my understanding of the history of chocolate.
Future Episodes
Celebrating(?) the 25th anniversary of the signing (on Sept 19, 2001) of the Harkin-Engel Protocol with confirmed special guests Terry Collingsworth and Miki Mistrati.
