This episode of #PodSaveChocolate features an interview with Dustin Cornett, the founder/organizer of the Craft Chocolate Challenge (“CCC”).
Disclaimer: I was the head judge for the 2023 round and am the head judge again for this year’s edition.
Dustin and I will discuss how the CCC differs from other competitions, the role it plays and how it fits into the market, previous winners, rule changes, and additions to this year’s competition. Dustin, who recently moved from Kentucky to Indiana will also announce something new he’s been working on – another welcome addition to the American Craft Chocolate scene debuting later this year.
As always, if you have any questions about the competition ask them in the comments and Dustin and I will answer them in the livestream. (If you are a ChocolateLife member you can ask them in advance in the comments below. Not a member, yet? Scroll down and enter your email address to join.)
Our thanks to the sponsors of the 2024 Craft Chocolat Challenge, especially:
not forgetting to mention The Appalachian Impact Fund, CB&T, Jackson Energy, Visit Rush County, and the Chocolat Café in Rushville, Indiana.
