Episode 92 Overview
In this episode of #PodSaveChocolate Dustin Cornett, the founder of the Craft Ch0colat Challenge will join me to discuss Season Four. (Along with some special guests🤞fingers crossed.)
The Craft Chocolat Challenge is unlike any other chocolate awards program – by design. Watch this episode and find out why and how. Among other things, there are no entry fees.
2025 — Confirmed Entries and other Season Four info. The entry process is two stages. Click the link above to register your interest. Your entry is confirmed when judging samples are received.
As in Season Three – there are four main judging categories plus two special categories:
- Dark Chocolate bars (plain and flavored)
- Milk Chocolate bars (plain and flavored)
- White Chocolate bars (plain and flavored)
- Bars with inclusions (dark, milk, or white)
- Overall winner (based on total score)
- Innovation based on judges’ nomination, sponsored by Cocoa Supply.
Awards Given
Another difference between the CCC and other chocolate awards is that only one gold, silver, or bronze medal is awarded in the Dark, Milk, White, Inclusion, and Overall Winners categories. Up to three unranked awards are given in the Innovation category.
