Chef David Burtka’s Ancho Chile-Mexican Chocolate Cookies
I do not get or read Parade magazine, but this showed up in my Google News feed over the weekend and sounded quite tasty. Inspired by a cookbook gifted to him, chef David Burtka added pepitas for earthiness and extra chocolate to the mix. Ancho chile lends a subtle back note of heat in these addictive cookies from his new cookbook.
