Chocolate Makers!
I am a researcher, working to identify better quality assessment protocols for specialty chocolate, in order to support quality as a whole throughout the industry.
We are looking for participants to fill out a short survey about cacao quality assessment. If you are a craft or specialty chocolate industry member, and want to help out, let me know, and I will send you a link to our survey, with more details about me and the project.
We are also interested in responses from non-craft chocolate makers as well.

The results of this research will be used for part of my PhD thesis. My program is in Sustainable Agricultural Development, and the goal of this research is to support long term, sustainable income for chocolate farmers and craft chocolate makers around the world. Yes, this is for academia (results will be published), and no, I do not work for a company that is cacao related (I do have a job while I am in in school, but there is no connection).
