Commercial Chocolate and Vanilla fudge recipes from scratch

Does anyone know of a Chocolate and Vanilla fudge recipe that can be used in a Savage Caramel Cooker or Calico fudge kettle. I need to make fudge from scratch now because I can’t afford to buy the mixes any more. Covid has really killed my sales. Need to survive and the recipes I’ve tried have failed. Please help
