Bought in 2015 from Tomric as a single phase machine. In perfect working order. Used for several runs. Always well maintained. Fully cleaned/flushed. Selling because buying a larger capacity machine. No known problems with machine and no repairs ever needed. This machine DOES NOT have the easily removable auger pump — it can be removed — it is just more involved.

Description
Quickly melt and temper chocolate in a very compact size. Vibrating plate heated by a low voltage source. The machine is easy to clean. Volumetric dispenser and pedal to control the flow of chocolate. Close circuit cooling system featuring countercurrent heat exchanger.
