Hello friends! I am new to this community, based in Washington state. I have been trying to find an automatic tempering machine, new or used (was using a Chocovision until now but it no longer meets my needs). At this stage a small one, 10-15 kg would suit my needs for the next couple of years. I am doing molding so the machine needs a vibrating heated table. Thanks!

Are you looking for a batch tempering machine with measured depositing or a continuous tempering machine?

Do you need 10-15 production capacity per hour? Per day?

Are you using a commercial couverture or making your own chocolate?
