@lbrindley – It’s unfortunate that Noka is on this list because …
A) Noka has been closed for over a decade (the article says they are out of business)
B) The whole Noka brand was a fraud – they were melting Bonnat and lying about it. §
There’s also no correlation between price and quality. And the selection is also not current. There’s a chocolate bar brand out of Ecuador – To’Ak – that offers up bars at over $250 for 50gr. That’s about $2250 per pound. It certainly deserves a place on this list!
