Hi all! My name is Austin Simkins and I am a co-owner/founder of Natural Way Food Group located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I am looking to sell our 60kg FBM Maestria Tempering machine that has the full enrobing attachment as well. It has been used for just over a year and is in fantastic running condition. I am looking to sell this machine because our company has switched from selling chocolates and candies to natural peanut butter and almond butter. Since we do not use the machine anymore, I really would love to find it a great home where it can be used to its full potential. Please let me know if you are interested and we can discuss further.

reply toYep, the 300mm belt is standard on the Maestria, as is the double-curtain veil. What is non-standard is the plexiglass cope.

I am assuming shipping is extra – ex your place in Fayetteville.

Hi DiscoverChoc! It does not have the pneumatic depositor. The enrobing belt is 300 mm wide and has a double chocolate waterfall. I paid $31,000 for it and we are asking $26,000 for it.

Austin – is this also kitted out with the pneumatic depositor or is just for enrobing? It’s hard to tell from the photo.
