Hi, is there a vegan, organic, naturally sweetened (not agave or stevia), highest quality, chocolate out there? What is the shelf life without preservatives, and does it require refrigeration? Thank you.

You need to make sure the sugar is certified vegan. Much cane sugar juice is filtered through charcoal that might contain animal bones which some vegans consider makes it non-vegan.
Yes. Basically all dark craft chocolate bars fit that description. Many, like mine, are made with only organic cacao and organic cane sugar, with many others only adding cocoa butter and/or vanilla.
Shelf life is generally a year or more at room temperature.
