Interesting article in the October 2018 Bon Appetit by Taria Camerino, a restaurant chef, who had worked with chocolate for years (not kidding – her house even has a “chocolate room”). After being diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer, she had to stop restaurant work and she writes about how resuming making chocolate became part of her recovery therapy.
CBD also helped Camerino get through her treatment and she has since channeled her passion for making chocolate into a company that makes and sells CBD-infused ganache and CBD tinctures.
I can’t vouch for the taste of the ganache, but for this woman, the CBD may have made her feel better physically, but the process of making chocolate seemed to be therapy for her soul. Read her story here:
