I am organizing paring event that call “CCC”. It’s initial of chocolate×cheese×coffee with cheese chevalier, coffee roaster. We found a lot of interesting marriage. We do the event in Japan once every six months.
My wife loves cheese and I love chocolate. So perhaps this is a sneaky way for me to get some more chocolate into a dinner party.
This was a really fun tasting to organize and present, and Betty, Martin, and Kees are all really great to work with – creative and supportive of a bunch of cray ideas! We are looking to do something similar in NYC around the time of the Fancy Food Show late-June.
