@DiscoverChoc It is not ink. It’s just dark chocolate. You can use Real Chocolate or hydrogenated chocolate.
It may look silvery because of the brightness. It depends on the brightness of the acetate you use to print the tranfers. I made some on baking paper that are more opaque.

That’s an edible silver “ink”?
