I first became fully aware of Moka Origins because of my involvement in the production of The Big Chocolate Show in NYC. Moka was an exhibitor in the show’s third year. I had the chance to meet Jeff in person during the show, talk a bit, and sample some chocolate and I remember being impressed by the thoughtfulness of his approach and the mission of the company.
