Valrhona C3 Chocolate Chef Competition No Am Semi-finalists announced

The North American Semi-Final will take place on October 28 (the congress takes place Oct 27-29, dates that clash with the Salon du Chocolat, in which Valrhona does not participate, in Paris) at the StarChefs International Chefs Congress at the Brooklyn Expo Center in Greenpoint.

The following competitors will have the opportunity to win a cash prize and go on to compete in the international finals in Singapore in 2020:

  • Desarae Bittle || The Greenbrier (Suphur Springs, WV)

  • Weilu Wang || Eleven Madison Park (NYC, NY)
  • Takunori Hirayama || DUO Patisserie & Cafe (Thornhill, Ontario)
