We will have a chocolate online shop making bonbons to start, we are trying to think of ways to generate revenue during the summer months that chocolate doesnt sell and the weather is VERY hot…any suggestions?

I was thinking of just one kind of chocolate coated ice cream on a stick. The problem with this would be the delivery. I would need to find companies who would collaborate to deliver ice creams on order…and then my setup and equipment…it would mean new molds, new equipment more costs…

A “frozen hot chocolate” mix with recipes is one idea. Baked goods (brownies) are another. What ideas are you currently thinking of so we don’t offer up duplicate answers.
