Which bean to bar Japanese brand do you know?

I reported the factory shop of Artisan PALET D’OR, chocolatier Mr. Saegusa Shunsuke. He start the patisserie in Osaka since 1990, and open chocolaterie in 2004. Then He starts to make bean to bar chocolate in Kiyosato since 2014.
