Hi, I am from New Zealand and starting out with chocolates. I have done courses at the Savour School in Melbourne.

I am trying to find nice packaging and boxes to put my chocolates in. Any suggestions? Much appreciated. Cookieco

I don’t know a lot about the packaging scene down in New Zealand – even though I used to live there! (1970s – Wellington.) But there are a bunch of talented chocolate makers there now … Wellington Chocolate Company, OCHO (Otago), Hogarth Chocolate … they are local and may be able to help you find sources, especially if you are just starting out and can’t afford to buy thousands at a time.
