Hi, I bought a used BES enrober and I would love some pointers on getting it running. I do not have an instruction manual, YouTube was not much help and since I bought it used the factory is charging for instructional help. Thanks!
No, it is a BES from Bakery Equipment Services, not BE5 and definitely an enrober. Yes, how do I use it? It all turns on but I would love some pointers from someone who uses an old school chocolate wheel enrober. Thanks!
When you say enrober, the only photos I see for BE5 are for what I think most people would call a panning machine (an enrober has a wire belt). Is this what you are talking about? From Sama?
When you say getting it running do you mean actually getting the BE5 running or do you mean, “How do I use it”?
