Cocoa Exchange appears to be a retooling/rebranding of Mars’ prior Dove Discoveries program (the old Dove Discoveries website now redirects to this new site), which also offered chocolate fans the ability to make money selling Dove products. This product line looks a lot more diverse – it includes condiments, for example – and therefore a lot more interesting and potentially viable. The Cocoa Exchange web site is here: www.mytcesite.com
