I am traveling to Seattle and wonder if anyone can recommend some chocolate companies that offer tours and might let me see their equipment in action? I have already done a Theo’s tour, looking for a smaller operation as I am about to make larger equipment purchases and would love to see what other companies use and recommend and also just learn as much as I can about the process. I am also interested in tastings.
As near as I know there is only one bean–to–bar chocolate making operation in the city of Seattle, indi, in the Pike Place Market; Erin Andrews is the owner. If you are interested in tastings, I cannot recommend Chocolopoilis more highly.
