I have recently received many requests for Vegan versions of our truffles. I have a great dark (not hard to find) and even found a good milk chocolate but am struggling to find/make a white version.
Although not my thing, I do seem to have a robust market here, so I guess it warrants a look. I have tried making white “chocolate” with powdered coconut milk for the dairy but it lacks something.. Does anyone have a recipe or source they like for white vegan “chocolate”?
