in 15 years, I’ve never been asked this but, I have a newer wholesale customer who is doing great volume with our chocolates. They have several chocolate bunnies remaining from Easter and want me to take them back!! I am looking for help in answering them without offending. I feel their problem is that they mark the product up so far above our MSRP that folks are turned off in conservative WI. Any suggestions???

Oooh, food safety issue there. Once the product has left your control, you can no longer guarantee they’re food safe. Invoke FSMA on your behalf.
