Hi, Could you please give some advise on how to clean your chocolate moulds. Can they go into the dishwasher? or can’t they be cleaned at all in water with a gentle soap? Will the water react with the mould because of the chlorine in the water and make the moulds dull? What is the practice?

There are many ways to clean molds. Putting them in the dishwasher is one way to do it. Another way is to fill a sink with hot water and let the hot water melt the chocolate off. They then rinse the molds in another sink of hot water.
You can polish the cavities using alcohol (cheap vodka) and cotton balls/pads.
