Episode 103 Overview
The Salon du Chocolat is one of the longest-running festival programs in the world, beginning in the 1990s in Paris. Very early on in my chocolate journey, I remember attending the first edition of the Salon in NYC, at the Puck Building in SoHo, in 1996.
In this episode of PodSaveChocolate I will be joined by organizers of the NYC Salon this year, who will provide updates on:
- Who will be exhibiting;
- Who has confirmed to be a part of the Culinary Theater program;
- What opportunities still remain to particiate as an exhibitor, sponsor, or in other roles; and
- Other highlights of this year’s Salon.
We will also be joined by representatives of some of the confirmed exhibitors and perhaps by surprise guests.
